I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the middle of the historical center of the city, making it easy to explore all the sites. The dining experience was delightful, especially the waffles. However, not having a bathtub in the room was a bit disappointing after a long day of walking, and the absence of tea and coffee facilities was a small downside.

The service was top-notch, with the hard-working young lady with shoulder-length dark hair standing out for her helpfulness and constant smile. We felt like royalty during our entire stay. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of everything in Bruges, making it easy to explore the city. The subtle scent of cinnamon spice and floral notes in the air added a lovely touch. The dining experience was phenomenal, offering a great selection of delicious options that I couldn't fault. The facilities were great too. Although the rooms were not the biggest and I got a few bruises from moving around at night, the overall experience was fantastic.
